Meet Bianca Harris, Ed. D

Dr. Bianca Harris is an accomplished education and nonprofit executive, strategic advisor, and program evaluation expert with more than 25 years of experience leading transformational change across K-12 education, higher education, and the nonprofit sector. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to improving outcomes for students, families, educators, and communities, particularly those from historically underserved and underrepresented populations.

Known for her ability to turn vision into measurable results, Dr. Harris specializes in strategic planning, organizational transformation, program development, external evaluation, leadership development, and data-driven decision-making. She partners with school districts, colleges and universities, foundations, and nonprofit organizations to strengthen organizational effectiveness, evaluate impact, and create sustainable pathways for growth and improvement.

Dr. Harris has served in a wide range of educational leadership roles, including teacher, school counselor, instructional specialist, assistant principal, principal, supervisor of academic accountability and assessment, school leadership coach for a national nonprofit organization, and Chief Program Officer for an education foundation. Across each role, she has consistently delivered exceptional results by leveraging strategy, accountability, and evidence-based practices to drive improvement.

Dr. Harris's completed her doctoral research and degree which focused on program evaluation in 2013. This expertise in program evaluation and outcomes measurement continues to serve as a cornerstone of her consulting practice today.

Today, Dr. Harris serves as an independent consultant supporting educational institutions, foundations, and nonprofit organizations throughout the country. Her work is heavily focused on program evaluation, impact measurement, strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. She has partnered with respected organizations including the Community Foundation of Sarasota County, Collier County Public Schools, Clark Atlanta University, Bank Street Graduate School of Education, New Leaders, and numerous nonprofit organizations committed to educational excellence and community advancement.

A sought-after thought partner and facilitator, Dr. Harris has participated in several distinguished leadership programs, including Leadership Florida, Leadership Sarasota, Leadership Orange, the National Aspiring Superintendent Institute, and the Urban Leadership Development Institute.

Dr. Harris holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Florida A&M University, Webster University, Louisiana State University, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Walden University. She maintains professional certifications in teaching, school counseling, educational leadership, and district-level administration.
